Pricing questions
Is LogBlazer really free forever?
Yes. The Hobby plan is permanently free — 1 project, 500k lines per month, 7-day retention, and one user. No credit card, no trial clock. It includes monitor cards, heartbeat checks and browser monitors, not just logs.
What counts as a "line"?
One POST to the ingest endpoint is one line, whether it carries a log message, a monitor value, or a heartbeat ping. Heartbeat and browser checks LogBlazer runs on your behalf count the same way. There is no per-signal-type surcharge.
What happens if I go over my monthly line limit?
Ingestion keeps working and you get an email. There is no automatic overage bill and no silent data drop — we would rather tell you to move up a plan than surprise you with an invoice.
How does per-user pricing work on the Team plan?
Team is $19 per user per month with no seat minimum, and each user brings 10M lines/month with them. There is no add-on math for monitors, heartbeats, browser checks or alerts — they are included. Multiply your seat count by 19 and that is the bill.
Can I switch plans or cancel at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancelling drops you to the free Hobby plan rather than deleting your account, so your projects and API keys survive.
What is the difference between Team and Pro?
Volume and access control. Team covers 10M lines/month with 30-day retention; Pro raises that to 100M lines with 90-day retention and adds SSO/SAML plus priority support. Most teams never need Pro — start on Team.
